WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro Plugin

The WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin helps WooCommerce managers and webmasters transfer data between their WooCommerce stores and Zoho CRM – a customer relationship management platform that helps brands and businesses keep track of customer contacts and their interactions with the business.

The WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin transfers data from the WooCommerce store on the WordPress website to the Zoho CRM platform. Users can manually or automatically create Contacts, Leads, Accounts and Potentials within the CRM based on data in the order and elsewhere in the WooCommerce database.

Please note: The WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin has been created to work with the free version of Zoho CRM and is not designed to work with some of the features in the premium version of the customer relationship management application. The WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin is not designed to create Products or Sales Orders in Zoho CRM, but is intended to work with Contacts, Potentials, etc.

WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro Plugin Features:

Add customers as contacts and/or leads in Zoho CRM when they place an order in your WooCommerce store.
Optionally update contacts and/or leads for customers with existing records in Zoho CRM.
Additional features in the Pro version only:
Edit the mapping of WooCommerce data into Zoho CRM Contact, Lead, Account, and Potential fields.
Add a note to the contact and/or lead corresponding to the customer.
Create a potential based on the order and linked to the customer’s contact record (if one was found or created).
Associate contacts with an account, creating or updating the account if necessary.
Trigger workflow rules.
Send order data to Zoho CRM on order status change (Pending Payment, Processing, Completed, or a custom status) rather than on order creation, or only send order data manually.
Manually send individual orders to Zoho CRM from the Order Actions menu on the Edit Order page.
Manually send orders to Zoho CRM individually or in bulk from the order list.

WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro Plugin Details:

Designed to help brands and businesses manage their WooCommerce online stores better with the help of an external Customer Relationship Management tool, the WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin integrates a WooCommerce online store with the web-based Zoho CRM platform.

The WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin has a clean interface that maintains the WordPress aesthetic. After installing and activating the plugin it will create its own menu item in the WordPress dashboard, beneath the WooCommerce menu item.

The WooCommerce and Zoho CRM Connector Pro plugin’s admin interface is comprised of a series of tabs, each of which displays a number of various settings. These settings allow the user to set the specifics of the integration with Zoho CRM, including definition of the mapping of WooCommerce data onto fields in supported Zoho CRM objects.

Connection

The Connection tab simply lets the user connect their Zoho CRM account to the WordPress website. Here, the user enters the Zoho CRM URL and account details to initiate the integration.

Processing

The Processing tab offers settings that will allow the user to determine when data should automatically be transferred between the WooCommerce store and the Zoho CRM platform. Here, the user can decide whether automatic data transfer should take place when an order is created, transitions to a certain status (e.g. paid, completed etc.), or not at all (allowing for manual-only transfer). Also, the user can decide whether they’d like to activate Isolation Mode to help reduce the potential impact of any errors that occur when data is transferred automatically.

Order Details

In the Order Details tab, the user can configure templates for text representations of order details and order items

Contacts

Within the Contacts tab, the user can configure the integration with Contacts in Zoho CRM, such as field mappings and automatic Contact notes with order details.

Leads

Within the Leads tab, the user can configure the integration with Leads in Zoho CRM, such as field mappings and automatic Lead notes with order details.

Accounts

The Accounts tab lets the user set a number of options for creating and updating Zoho CRM Account records, including field mappings.

Potentials

In the Potentials tab, the user can set options and field mappings for Potentials, which can be created to correspond to individual orders. This tab also provides the option to automatically update the Stage of the Potential associated with an order when that order’s status changes, according to the Order Status / Potential Stage mappings defined within the tab.

Error Log

The plugin keeps track of detected automatic order processing failures in the Error Log tab, listing the Order ID and a timestamp for each entry.

Refund Policy

CodeLists is a marketplace with a buyer and a seller side. These refund rules are created with the protection of both the buyer and seller in mind and apply to both buyer and seller.

Please take into mind that unlike physical goods, digital goods can't be returned. Because of this there are different rules for refunding digital goods.

When requesting a refund, please do so by using the "request refund" button next to the order on your order page. Please take into account that a refund can only be given within 30 days after your purchase. You can only request a refund once, so please make sure you submit any required information. Please first always contact the seller before requesting a refund.

Requesting a refund

You have the right to a refund in the following situations:

You purchased the same item twice.
If you accidentally purchased the same same item twice, we are happy to refund a duplicate purchase.

The item is not working as advertised
If an item has technical issues, you should first contact the seller. The seller should be able to solve issue. If this is not the case, you can request a refund if the issue is caused by a defect of the item itself and not by the environment the item is used in. When requesting the refund it is very important to give as many detailed information about the issue. This includes a clear description of the issue itself and any errors that are displayed. Refunds requests with general descriptions, for example "Doesn't work", won't be refunded.

CodeLists nor the seller have to give any refunds in the following situations:

You have not provided enough information to determine why you have the right to a refund.
You do not have the knowledge to use the item.
The purchased item is not working because of misconfiguration or a not supported setup in the buyers environment.
You can't access the item anymore because the item is no longer available on our platform.
The item does not meet your expectation or you don't want it anymore.
The refund is requested more then 30 days after purchase.

Exchanging Licenses

In the case you have purchased an incorrect license, please purchase the correct license within 30 days after the original purchase and contact us by leaving a ticket through our help center. We will then refund the first license.

A refund can only be given when upgrading a license. For example when a regular license was bought, but an extended license was required. It is not possible to downgrade a license from for example an extended license to a regular license.

Disputing a refund request

If your refund request has been rejected by the seller and you have do think you have right to a refund because one of the above mentioned reasons you can dispute the decision of the seller. When submitting a dispute, please make sure you give a detailed description of the situation and in the case of a technical defect of the purchased product, a detailed description of the defect.
